On May 29, 2010 a man in his 50’s (“Mr. X”), suffered a seizure, killed a 22 year old man, and seriously injuring his father and traumatizing his two sisters. Mr. X has a pattern of seizures leading up to the tragic May crash. This is not the first time Mr. X seized while driving. Weeks earlier Mr. X, crashed his car in a parking lot after seizing.
Mr. X has a driver’s license on May 29, 2010 because he lied to his neurologist conceding the timing scope and nature of the seizures. He did so he could keep his driving privileges. Richard Rizk represented the decedent’s injured father. The case settled late October 2013
