PORTLAND, OR – A pedestrian was rushed to the hospital after they were struck by a hit-and-run driver in North Portland last night.
According to a report by KOIN, officers responded to reports of a person down on North Denver Avenue near the I-5 overpass at about 7:15 p.m.
The unidentified victim was transported to a hospital nearby with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.
The driver involved fled the scene by the time police arrived. It is unclear if any arrests have been made at this time.
