PORTLAND, OR – A rush-hour crash caused major delays for commuters into downtown Portland this morning.
According to PDX Traffic, the incident took place shortly before 8 a.m. on US-26 just outside of the East Vista Ridge Tunnel.

The circumstances surrounding the crash are unclear at this time. However, the roadway was blocked for some time afterward, causing significant delays for motorists. Traffic began to flow again by 8:40 a.m.
