PORTLAND, OR – Significant delays were reported following a collision I-5 in north Portland early this afternoon.

According to a report by PDX Traffic, the crash occurred in the southbound lanes of the freeway, near the exit to Lombard Street just before 1 p.m.

The number of vehicles involved in the collision is unclear at this time.

Commuters were advised to seek an alternate route as at least three southbound lanes were shut down while crews worked to clear the scene.

No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
